SKY Schools Study
Main content start
The SKY Schools program is an intervention program designed to help build social-emotional skills, self-esteem, and resilience. The program has been implemented at a pre-selected school site.
The SKY Schools pilot study is designed to study the efficacy of the SKY Schools program. The study examines behavioral, cognitive (academic scores), and health-related outcomes in student participants at the pre-selected site before and after they have completed the program. The research team will also be looking at the link between these outcomes and biomarker measurements (hair cortisol concentrations [HCC], hair oxytocin concentrations [HOC]) through noninvasive hair sample collections throughout the study.
